Another crazy variant ... all the rules remain unchanged. What is funny is the board and placement of pieces. White play downward (south) and continue at the top of the board ... Black play also downward (from its perspective of course) and continue at the top of the board (again, from its perpective) ... rows 4 and 5 DO NOT touch each other even if you see otherwise, lol
